Yoga is a physical, mental, and spiritual practice that originated in ancient India. Yoga has gained popularity worldwide as a form of exercise that can improve flexibility, strength, balance, and overall physical fitness, as well as reduce stress, anxiety, and depression.

Mindfulness, on the other hand, is a mental state characterized by being fully present and engaged in the current moment, without judgment or distraction. It has its roots in Buddhist meditation practices and has been adapted for use in secular settings, including psychotherapy and stress reduction programs. Mindfulness practices often involve focusing attention on the breath, body sensations, thoughts, or emotions, and developing awareness of one's thoughts and feelings without being carried away by them.
